Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to complain about my holiday, what I spent in your hotel, which was advertised by your company. I want to relax in a nice place, but insted of this, I had a horrible week. I am sorry, but I doubt that your hotel’s rating is four stars. I was several hotels before, and those were better than yours… Ehm, fuck!
